​MARIJKE EICHELSHEIM (1987) I already started playing the flute and cello at a young age. From my passion for classical music, I always look for the right strategy between tradition and innovation to make classical music more accessible to a broader audience. A Bachelor's Degree in Cultural Heritage from the Reinwardt Academy and a minor in Music Sciences from the University of Amsterdam form the foundation of my work as a music manager. My thesis was a study on the spread of the musical heritage of the deceased Russian master pianist Youri Egorov. For this thesis, I received the Van Mensch Award in 2013.
 
During my studies, I worked as a volunteer at numerous classical music festivals, such as the Grachtenfestival and the Amsterdamse Cello Biënnale. In recent years, I worked for MMM as a producer and programmer, working for numerous clients including The International Holland Music Sessions and Festival Classique. This has allowed me to gain experience and a broad network of creative contacts. With this knowledge, I use MMM to build bridges between the artistic and business elements of music. ​
